Here are the 3 pillars of Youth 360:
- Voice. No matter what culture, age, and background. We never run on popular opinion. Because for too long, popular opinion has not given anyone a voice, but instead assimilated people and give people less of a voice. In no way shape or form are any of us at theyouth360 at any higher position than any of our student initiators, voice's and opinions. We are open to everyone's opinions and we are open to participation year long!
- Activism in Social Justice, and Climate Change, Politics in our community! We are not just a 3 meets type of thing. We are a year round group of youth and everyone in the world, primarily Toronto GTA youth can contribute and we talk about politics and policies too! We hope to make big change the year. (Not just making false promises)
- We are Youth-Led. We are hoping to empower and give other youth a voice!

Here are some basic info on ethics, and terms of participation. our code of conduct is as follows:
- Respect for everyone
- Freedom of speech, to have a safe environment for everyone
- No toleration of hate speech, bullying. Or irrational responses. Must be appropriate and supported by facts, things that are stereotypical or showing any sort of prejudgement are not respectful.
- Have fun. We want everyone to get involved, and hope to allow everyone to express themselves. We all learn.
