I had the pleasure of hosting the Women in Stem and Environment fair on December 5 2019, which was open to all students. We were generously sponsored by Girls Action Foundation to host an event that will promote the environment and STEM careers for those who are interested. We had over 200 students participate in the actual event and the planning of the event. We worked with Stem.seed, Eco Club and Erindale Me to We to get this event hosted. We are so thankful for our wonderful teachers who were helping to supervise, and for all the amazing facilitators and organizations who came to our event. Peel GEMS, PEYA (Peel Environmental Youth Alliance), FTA Fashion Takes Action, Polycultural Center, STEM club, Stem.seed, Champions of Change, and Math Club.
